Director of Architecture Milwaukee

Thea joined CKA in the spring of 2005 and during that time has formed many lasting relationships with her clients.  She works closely with Milwaukee Public Schools, as well as with numerous commercial and medical facility developers around the country.  Her sincere desire to exceed her client’s expectations is evident.  She loves collaborating with her co-workers on various projects in the office as well as meeting with clients on site to help bring their design ideas to life. Creative space planning for adaptive reuse is of particular interest to her.
 
Thea earned a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies, as well as master’s degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.  She is a Licensed Architect in eight states, including Wisconsin.  She also has affiliations with AIA, ALA, NCARB and LEED.
 
Thea adores being a mom and spending time with her family.  When not in the office, you will often find her volunteering, hiking, camping and canoeing, and attending sporting events.
