Octavio, also known as Tavis, came to CKA in 2012 and since that time has completed numerous exciting projects, Fresenius Medical Care’s Richmond South Shell being one of his favorites. He enjoys working with his clients to come up with creative solutions to design challenges.
 

After starting his educational journey in his native country of Puerto Rico, Tavis moved to the United States to finish both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Architecture.
 

Octavio loves spending time with his wife, Brandi.  When not in the office, you will often find him sketching, painting, reading, and listening to music. He also enjoys CrossFit and a wide variety of other sports.
