This project includes a tenant build-out of approximately 8,635 gsf. into a 13-chair outpatient clinic with the capacity for 12 additional patient stations and a tenant build-out of approximately 861 nsf. into a physician practice.  The dialysis clinic also includes an Exam Room, Lounge, Offices, and Water Treatment, Etc.  The scope of work includes HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical work.
