Christopher D. Kidd
AIA, ALA, RIBA
President
Chris began the firm in August of 1995 with a partner and since that time the firm has expanded in expertise and depth of staff. Chris is licensed in 45 States and oversees the daily operations of CKA and is responsible for marketing, financial, and project management. Chris works directly with our clients and is dedicated to the profession of Architecture and the Community.
Nicki C. Shady

Director of Operations

Nicki came to CKA in 2017 after almost three years working as a consultant for the firm. With over 25 years of practical business experience, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Thea Watters
AIA, ALA, LEED AP+
Director of Architecture Milwaukee
Thea joined CKA in 2005 and during that time has formed many lasting relationships with her clients. She works closely with Milwaukee Public Schools, as well as with numerous commercial and medical facility developers around the country. Creative space planning for adaptive reuse is of particular interest to her. She is a Licensed Architect in eight states, including Wisconsin.
Brandon Rozga
AIA, ALA, NCARB
Director of Architecture Brookfield
Brandon joined the CKA in 2007 and has designed and managed the creation of hundreds of dialysis clinics, medical office buildings, and other commercial projects throughout the country. Brandon is a Licensed Architect in twelve states including Wisconsin.
Aaron Ricchio
Senior Project Manager
Milwaukee
Aaron finished his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies in May 2008 and joined Christopher Kidd and Associates. His work ethic and drive is evident in his work and personal interests. Aaron has a strong ability to manage several jobs in different phases all in which require detailed technical and engineering coordination.
Jason (Jay) Rehm
Project Manager
Milwaukee
Jason has been part of the CKA team since 2015 and focuses mainly on ground-up construction and renovations of medical facilities throughout the United States. He also works closely with Milwaukee Public Schools and local municipalities on various civic projects. His first two story building for American Renal Associates, Middletown Shell remains one of his favorite projects.
Jason T. Pyne
Senior Project Manager Brookfield
With over 20 years of architectural experience at CKA, Jason has become an expert in the design and construction of commercial architecture including medical and retail offices, dialysis centers and car dealerships. Although he enjoys problem solving and connecting with his clients, his real passion comes from rolling up his sleeves and spending hours at the drafting table.
Chad Tracy
Design Associate
Brookfield
As a Design Associate, Chad demonstrates strong drafting and communication skills with almost two years of architectural experience focusing on Medical Projects and Public Schools. Chad is responsible for the coordination of plan reviews, construction documents, site investigations, and construction administration.
Matthew (Matt) Luck
Senior Project Manager
Milwaukee
Matt has been with CKA since 2011 and has more than 20 years of experience in the architecture industry. He specializes in the design, detailing, and construction administration of shell construction. His architectural knowledge spans a variety of genres, including medical, retail, business offices and educational facilities, consisting of both renovations and ground up construction.
Joshua (Josh) Steinberg
Senior Project Manager Brookfield
Josh joined CKA in 2007 and has since enjoys taking a client’s vision and drafting it into something that will eventually come to life. Josh has played a key role in the design and construction administration of hundreds of commercial and medical facilities across the country. One of his favorite projects is Fresenius Kidney Care’s Aurora Shell.
