Christopher D. Kidd
AIA, ALA, RIBA
President
Chris began the firm in August of 1995 with a partner and since that time the firm has expanded in expertise and depth of staff. Chris is licensed in 45 States and oversees the daily operations of CKA and is responsible for marketing, financial, and project management. Chris works directly with our clients and is dedicated to the profession of Architecture and the Community.
Brandon Rozga
AIA, ALA, NCARB
Director of Architecture
Brandon joined the CKA in 2007 and has designed and managed the creation of hundreds of dialysis clinics, medical office buildings, and other commercial projects throughout the country. Brandon is a Licensed Architect in twelve states including Wisconsin.
Thea Watters
AIA, ALA, LEED AP+
Director of Architecture
Thea joined CKA in 2005 and during that time has formed many lasting relationships with her clients. She works closely with Milwaukee Public Schools, as well as with numerous commercial and medical facility developers around the country. Creative space planning for adaptive reuse is of particular interest to her. She is a Licensed Architect in eight states, including Wisconsin.
Sarah Less
AIA, ALA, NCARB
Director of Architecture
Sarah brings 25+ years of architectural experience to CKA, specializing in outpatient dialysis clinics. She had managed the Fort Collins office since 2007 and has led hundreds of medical facility projects. Known for her client focus, code expertise, and project management skills, she oversees design through construction administration and is licensed in 19 states.
Jason (Jay) Rehm
Project Manager
Jason has been part of the CKA team since 2015 and focuses mainly on ground-up construction and renovations of medical facilities throughout the United States. He also works closely with Milwaukee Public Schools and local municipalities on various civic projects. His first two story building for American Renal Associates, Middletown Shell remains one of his favorite projects.
Zachariah (Zach) Hanson
Senior Project Manager
Zach joined Christopher Kidd & Associates in 2008 and holds an Architecture degree from the University of Colorado–Boulder. With a background in engineering and surveying project management, he brings broad experience in land development, from coordinating with clients and public agencies to site development. He is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality drawings on schedule.
Jason T. Pyne
Senior Project Manager
With over 20 years of architectural experience at CKA, Jason has become an expert in the design and construction of commercial architecture including medical and retail offices, dialysis centers and car dealerships. Although he enjoys problem solving and connecting with his clients, his real passion comes from rolling up his sleeves and spending hours at the drafting table.
Joshua (Josh) Steinberg
Senior Project Manager
Josh joined CKA in 2007 and has since enjoys taking a client’s vision and drafting it into something that will eventually come to life. Josh has played a key role in the design and construction administration of hundreds of commercial and medical facilities across the country. One of his favorite projects is Fresenius Kidney Care’s Aurora Shell.
