As part of "The World's Greatest City of the Arts and Outdoors" in Oregon, this new wood frame building includes tenant improvement work, 25-station outpatient dialysis clinic, home training suite, and administrative offices.  This projects also includes all site work and improvements for the 37,400 sq. ft. site.  Just another architectural design added to the "Emerald City".
