This award-winning development is designed for a number of different tenants, ranging from a high-end coffee shop with drive-thru, small and large restaurants, fitness center and other diverse retailers. This project is built in the same vernacular as the nearby village with historical and classical architectural elements. The basic principle for design is that of a village setting, presented in a manner that incorporates human scale and quality of materials.
